Chaotic Game Studios LLC ("we", "us") operates the mobile game Score Crew: Idle Heist (the "Game"). This policy explains what data the Game collects, why, and the choices you have.
Data we collect
- Account data. If you sign in with CGS ID, we store your email address, display name, and a hashed password. If you sign in with Google or Sign in with Apple, we receive the identity token those providers issue.
- Gameplay data. Crew name, progress, currency, and results are stored on our servers to provide cloud save, leaderboards, and cross-device play.
- Technical data. IP address and basic request logs are kept briefly for security and abuse prevention.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal data.
- We do not collect precise location, contacts, photos, or microphone data.
- We do not use your data for cross-app tracking or advertising profiles.
Third-party services
- Google Play / Apple App Store process any purchases under their own privacy policies.
- Google / Apple sign-in authenticate you if you choose those options; their policies apply to that flow.
- Google AdMob may serve ads in the Game; if ads are enabled, AdMob may collect device identifiers as described in Google's privacy policy.
Your choices
- Play without an account — progress stays on your device only.
- Request deletion of your account and server-side data at any time via the in-game account screen or by emailing us.
- Restore purchases through the store you purchased from.
Children
The Game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. Account creation requires an age-appropriate sign-in provider.
Data retention & security
Gameplay and account data are retained while your account exists and are deleted on account deletion. Connections to our servers use TLS. Server access is restricted and monitored.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new date.
